The challenges we are facing today in our highly densified urban environment is the sheer scarcity of space. Hence, it is crucial that we know how to use the space that is available to us. Mini is considered as an icon of the 1960s with its space-saving transverse engine and voted as the second-most influential car of the 20th century.
Mini’s aim has always been about energizing people’s lives with maximal experiences and a minimal footprint. Drawing inspiration from Mini’s concept of “small in size and iconic in design”, Nu Infinity designed this show gallery in KLCC by utilizing every square inch of the space and creating an eye-catching aesthetic.
In the sales gallery, there are sections of red brick walls that add color and texture at specific places.
A sense of sophistication and class is achieved with leather footstools at the lounge area on the mezzanine floor.
In a small corner of the mezzanine floor, a tufted leather sofa is accompanied with patterned carpet and vintage monochrome shots of the mini copper on the wall. This pieces brought together preserves the personality of the timeless mini.
At the cafeteria, light brown wood has been placed as stools and counter top to distinguish itself from the other area of the sales gallery. Another highlight is the use of pendant lights to illuminate the interior of the cafe.
