As soon as one steps through the front door of this 3,000 square feet condominium unit, one is greeted with the sight of a welcoming common area augmented with the use of high-end finishes, chic modern furniture pieces and soothing lighting effects. The living room is anchored with an elegant feature wall highlighted by white marble textures, which are further enhanced with the dark brown materials of the other surfaces available. At the same time, the absence of bulky furniture or decorative items allowed the feature to stand out without overwhelming the rest of its design.
Directly behind the living area, the dining space is afforded a wanderlust vibe with the inclusion of natural light and a black and white photo of the Eiffel Tower that is both romantic and timeless. As the hallway separated the kitchen area from the rest of its common area, the design of that space is also distinguished with heavy usage of timber finishing, elevated with a spacious kitchen island decked out in white marble countertop as well as the gorgeous backsplash made out of similar opulent material.
When it comes to the bedrooms and the bathrooms, the focus of this design lies in its cosy atmosphere, enhanced with the creative use of lighting to layer the space with class and comfort. Semi-transparent wardrobes were paired beautifully with the grey tinted mirrors to provide a spacious look to the rooms while giving them a glamorous feel. Meanwhile, attention had been given to the wall designs of each room to introduce a bit of sophistication without cluttering up the space, thus balancing aesthetics with functionality. As a nice finishing touch, the floor from the hallway all the way into the bedrooms are carpeted to give them an authentic hotel look that feels both calming and pampering.
