Minotti, a name synonymous with contemporary furniture of classic-modern lifestyle was embolden by the partnership of Renato and Roberto Minotti and architect Rodolfo Dordoni, who spearheaded the growth of the brand and is the mind behind all Minotti’s collection.
Contemporary, with a strong architectural appeal and pure lines reminiscent of the Mid-Century American spirit, the CONNERY, designed by Rodolfo Dordoni design, is a versatile seating system with an exquisite aesthetic and design distinctive in both composition and combination of materials.
Mattia is inspired by the reinterpretation of a creative sign from the early Seventies; the family comprises a three-seater sofa, an armchair and swivel lounge armchair, available with leather shell and fabric upholstered seat and backrest, or with total fabric or leather covering, a design from the Minotti archive, a branchild of Rodolfo Dordoni designstructure and a cover that wraps up its form like a tailored suit, making it soft and inviting.
Airy, with constructive details linked to Japanese tradition, the Torii modular seats play with round edged volumes, thin profiles and the apparent formal simplicity of an extremely detailed design. The metal structure of the legs of the seats and tables is Nendo’s nod to the image of the “torii”, the entrance gate to Shinto shrines in Japan.
