Recognising this shifting paradigm, Aspire Tower introduces its groundbreaking show unit Type C, a transformative space designed to cater to the needs of office upgraders seeking more than the ordinary. The heart of Type C’s allure lies in its strategic emphasis on customisation and innovation. unique colour scheme. The discussion and pantry zone, swathed in soothing beige tones, offer a welcoming environment that

A distinctive basil green hue defines another department, setting the stage for focused endeavours. Opulence, a masterpiece of contemporary design, beckons with a grandeur reminiscent of the most exquisite hotels in the world. Drawing inspiration from the seamless customer service experience of luxury hotels, Opulence has ingeniously orchestrated every aspect, from the initial walk-in to the final check-in, to create an environment that exudes warmth and hospitality.

The centrepiece of Opulence’s grand entrance is a striking oval reception area, skilfully designed to set the tone for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This design choice reflects the attention to detail inspired by high-end hotels, where the flow from guest arrival to registration is meticulously crafted to create a lasting impression.

A standout feature of Opulence is its reception hall, graced by a reflective ceiling. This design element not only enhances the perception of height but also dispels any feelings of confinement that can plague traditional office spaces. The clever use of texture in this area further elevates the sensory experience, forging a stronger connection between visitors and the environment.

Behind an unobtrusive door in the reception area, Opulence unveils a concealed powder room and storage space. This considerate addition ensures the workplace remains uncluttered while providing essential amenities for employees and guests.

As one delves deeper into the workspace, the innovation continues to captivate. The back door features a glass partition workspace, serving dual purposes. It excels in sound insulation, fostering a tranquil and productive environment for employees. To enhance the overall design, PVD-coated stainless steel panels are integrated into the ceilings and cabinets. These panels serve

The exterior of Fuyu Dezain is a captivating visual introduction to its innovative design approach. A futuristic facade with curved corners and metal rims, the build transforms the windows into a captivating play of silhouettes. The exterior staircase serves not only as a pathway to the office, but also as an outdoor exercise area, underlining Fuyu Dezain’s commitment to creating a holistic work-life experience.

As visitors step into Fuyu Dezain’s office, they are greeted by an eclectic sitting area that epitomizes modern contemporary interior design. FRP Alluvial rock and mirrored slabs set a unique tone, juxtaposing dark floor slabs against a vibrant mustard yellow leather sofa and classic furnishings, including a whimsical disco ball. The Center Court, adorned with Blab Stone walls climbing to a triple-height ceiling, invites natural light and nature, creating a serene atmosphere highlighted by a rock water feature with a two-sided waterfall visible from the observation deck.

Mirroring Effect takes center stage in each office, showcasing the versatility of design possibilities. Ground floor offices feature perforated glass swing doors, revealing a spacious discussion room. Moulding ceiling glass mirrors the office below, creating a harmonious visual flow. The main workspaces are defined by warm wood platforms, heavy wood furniture, and marble-laminates, with stone slabs and wood strips serving as elegant partitions.

An open discussion area surrounded by offices exudes a contemporary charm with black and wood elements, UFO inspired chandeliers, and an indoor tree of life adorned with greenery. The moulding staircase spirals upwards, continuing the water ripple effect with a wave ceiling. The next floor houses a well-equipped cafeteria and gym, the Decite island wrapping with ice plating surface casting a luminous glow.

The cafeteria is a blend of class and modernity, featuring angular ceilings with multi-coloured shapes, moon-shaped booth seats, and futuristic metal quad-seating spaces. The centrally located gym encourages a healthy work-life balance with ping pong tables and herringbone and wood strip accents in the adjacent games room, enhancing the overall vibrant ambiance.

The bathrooms, a testament to contemporary design, showcase angular stone slabs alternating between shades of grey and black, complemented by warm wood cabinetry. Futuristic diagonal strips on the doors create a visually dynamic experience, while a dedicated shower room caters to the needs of the workforce.

In a secluded corner, decal walls in wood provide hidden spotlight illumination beside Red Oak wood threads, contributing to the overall modern aesthetic of Fuyu Dezain. The VIP Lounge at Aira Residence effortlessly merges opulence with functionality, embodying the visionary design ethos of Culture, Craftsmanship, and Collaboration envisioned by Designstudio MVH. The concept behind Aira VIP Lounge revolves around the fusion of materials, elevating the space beyond the typical local setting. The interior unfolds as a captivating display of decadent textures, from the intriguing cracked gold and black mirror vaults at the bar to the warm embrace of metallic mosaic walls. Meticulous attention to detail is omnipresent, with bronze, champagne gold, Marquina marble, and rippled glass adorning the lounge, creating an ambiance that radiates warmth and brilliance.

Central to the design are sculptural forms, carefully curated elements such as the sofa, armchairs, and balcony bars that contribute to a harmonious composition. The lounge itself is a meticulously orchestrated space, featuring a Business Lounge, Bar, outdoor entertaining deck, cigar lounge, fully fitted kitchen, bathrooms, 2-bedroom suites, home office, and a gym. Occupying a privileged position on Level 1 of AIRA Residence, Aira VIP Lounge a massive deck area surrounded by a landscaped garden.

Upon entering the private lift lobby, guests are greeted by the gallery, a central organizing space that seamlessly connects the living/entertainment areas, kitchens, office, and bedrooms. The gallery sets the mood with sublime luxe finishes and a central grand floral feature. Moving into the lounge area, a sculptural curved lounge setting, an elegant dining table, and black carved marble consoles against the walls create a sophisticated club-like atmosphere.
