Martool Woodwork & Custom was established on 20 October 2015 and is located at Banting, Jenjarom. Its services include making furniture from used wood, which is pinewood pallet. It has enhanced its services with the use of local timber products. It provides CNC Router and CNC Laser Cutting services that allows it to make products more efficiently and enables it to be up-to-date with lifestyle requirements. Its products are wood, metalwork, and acrylic-based.

Its director, Mu’az Bin Asmadi, has a Master in Design Technology, majoring in Industrial Furniture Design, from Universiti Teknologi Mara. His team members are also qualified with Bachelor of Industrial Design qualifications. He has done interior design and build works for apartments and hotels.

Martool Woodwork & Custom has an established track record doing furnishing work for developer projects, furnishing hundreds of condominium units. It has customised designs for clients, based on their expectations. When its products are being designed, the design follows a structured process, based on the following order: Ideation, 3D Drawing & Development, Mock-up, and model-making process.

The Malaysian Timber Industry Board has helped its director Mu’az to his improve business opportunities. He aspires to have a factory with compact living products. He wants to implement the aesthetics of wood in compact furniture. He hopes for his business to grow. At the same time, he seeks to educate people to understand about sustainable living.

“We give a second life to wood that can be used, and give it function and beauty. The service that we provide is more than just about business. It is about serving society, by creating functional and beautiful furniture that contributes to the happiness and lives of our customers,” Mu’az concluded.
