Covet house presents a jaw-dropping high-end contemporary condominium dripping with opulence, in partnership with Ivan Satria, co-founder and lead artist from Kintsugi visual.
A heavenly house beckons with gold-embellished decor and an appealing collection of luxury furnishings nestled amid the city of angels. With its gleaming colour scheme, it’s no surprise that this contemporary apartment is located in California. This mansion, located on great real estate, has a 180-degree view of the gleaming Los Angeles cityscape.
Perhaps the famous past of the Californian Gold Rush was an influence, or perhaps it’s a homage to the highly prized golden statuettes of Hollywood elites, but the concept of this residence refers to the American Dream. Whatever the inspiration, the end effect is unmistakably luxurious and elegant.
This apartment has a high-end modern aesthetic defined by geometric lines and excellent furniture pieces from Covet House such as elaborate light fixtures, luxurious and bold seating options, and other sophisticated decorative items.
The exquisite aura of this mansion greets you as soon as you enter the entrance. It serves as a setting that creates such a powerful first impression. Brabbu’s ruby red velvet armchairs are timeless and bold, while Luxxu’s crystal floor lamps provide an exquisite flare and sheen. The golden touches throughout this area contribute to the home’s regal feel. Despite the fact that it is only a foyer, the designers took care to create an impressive environment in order to make a good first impression.
The golden embellishments extend throughout the living room, as if King Midas himself had touched them. The metal décor gleams brightly as sunshine floods in through the windows. The addition of marble accentuates the metal tones, giving the space a more luxurious feel. The verdant armchairs and cushions provide a flash of green to balance out the metallic sheens. The stunning Imperfectio Sofa by Boca do Lobo is one of the standout pieces. The hand-hammered brass’ flaws accentuate the beauty of imperfection while also adding a distinct feel to the space.
The dining area is likewise a stunning sight to see. The deep green velvet dining chair by Brabbu, combined with marble and gold, creates a highly unusual yet harmonious design. The table’s legs are made up of geometric lines, but the naturally curved golden décor elements provide a contrast. With its gorgeous colour palette and unusual patterns, the carpet that punctuates the dining area is a subtle scene stealer.
Though someone has to use the powder room at this house, they may feel as if they’ve stepped into a special VIP lounge’s lavatory. This room, too, has a gold motif. The gold-framed oblong mirror is the perfect centrepiece for a mirror selfie or two.
Of course, after witnessing such lavish common rooms, anyone would be curious to look into the master bedroom. In the bedroom, however, the lavish gold and marble give way to a more toned-down and earthy design. This makes perfect sense because the bedroom is a private environment where a relaxing atmosphere is more vital than glitz. However, this bedroom is still well designed. The built-in closet with integrated LED lighting looks and feels like it came from a high-end fashion business, and the wooden panels provide a pleasantly comfortable sensation. Still, because this is a place of relaxation, the golden elements have been pushed aside in favour of more neutral tones.
The master bathroom, on the other hand, reintroduces the posh golden ambiance. The opulence of this bathroom is palpable. Take a look at Maison Valentina’s Diamond Bathtub, which requires a raised platform constructed of black marble because it is such a spectacular piece. This bathtub is one of those objects that is a little too extravagant, yet so creative and one-of-a-kind that the price feels justified to people who appreciate the better things in life. Despite the fact that each feature in this room is so striking, it all works together to create a nice environment.
Another area that must be shown off to every visitor is the girl’s room. This is a playpen as well as a classy environment for a growing youngster, with a gorgeous blend of pastel purple, pink, and blue. The golden suspension chair and chandelier offer a hint of sophistication, yet they go in nicely with the rest of the space.
The guest bedroom adopts a “Japandi” style, which refers to the fusion of Japanese and Scandinavian aesthetics. The elegance comes through the intricate pieces of furniture such as the bedframe, bedside table, and pendent lighting in this room, which has been toned down to provide a comfortable setting.
During this lavish house tour, you’ll also want to check out the office. This room is spacious, professional, and lovely. It’s obviously utilitarian and comfortable, but the decorative items truly bring it all together to create a setting that exudes success and elegance.
This opulent residence goes all out to create an awe-inspiring environment. It’s not a “modest” home by any means; instead, it proudly displays the pinnacle of modern luxury and contemporary design. It’s the ideal touch to the La-La Land scenery.
