Skyworld, renowned city developer and corporate training provider, has renewed its commitment in making the world a better place for everyone by organising an innovative charity drive, which started since last year.
The charity named #DaretoCare, was launch on December 2017 and has received overwhelming support from various donors. Among the top donors, the Lions Club donated 20 sets of school supplies, including school bags, shoes, socks and pencil cases.
Mr Lee Chee Seng, Chief Operating Officer, and Mr Ling Siew Chin, President of Lions Club, presented the donation, which was also witnessed by representatives from the Star Media Group.
As part of the campaign, a brown paper bag will be attached together with 50,000 copies of The Star newspaper, which will be circulated within the areas of Klang Valley starting on 13 January 2018.
Readers who are passionate about being a part of the donation drive could lend a hand by filling in the brown bags with items that are listed as essential items for the underprivileged.
For those who wish to donate but could not get their hands on the paper bags, could also opt to drop off the items they wish to donate at any Skyworld property gallery.
That’s not all. In collaboration with GSC, Skyworld will also be giving away 2 complimentary movie tickets when donors visit Skyworld property galleries while taking a selfie with the #DaretoCare photo prop provided, followed by posting the photo on their Facebook or Instagram page. The last step is to follow the SkyWorld Development Facebook page and the tickets are yours!
