Starting a venture can be really challenging, and Kashfi Emir, the founder of Studio Three knows this all too well. Even though this is his third business, he is well aware of the hardships it takes to make a venture successful – and this is already his two year in, where he is seen doing steadily well. Kashfi and his team of 7 are still growing and instead of locking down on a specialty, they are trying out residential, retail, and commercial projects to suss out their interest. Besides that, passion, happiness and mental health play just as important a role as the success of his business.

Kashfi is constantly inspired from his travels, the frequent readings he does and conversations from his everyday encounters – just so long they speak to him emotionally enough to reflect in his designs. As for his dream house, aside from being aesthetically beautiful, he prefers it to be always filled with joyful conversations at the dinner table.
